The Miami Dolphins head into 2026 with the youngest roster in the league, using this year to reset their roster and begins a build toward a consistently winning franchise. There has been a lot of focus on the team’s rookies, especially their 13 drafted first-year players, but that may not be the most important group on the roster. Miami needs
their second-year players to step up if they are going to have the foundation to turn around the franchise.
