The Indianapolis Colts today released their Wednesday injury report for Week 3 of the NFL season against the Houston Texans.
Cornerback Charvarius Ward (groin) missed practice today. Ward injured his groin during last weeks game with the Chiefs and ended up being ruled out of the game. It isn’t looking likely he will be available this week, but he is definitely one to keep an eye on as the week goes on.
Running back Jonathan Taylor
and wide receiver Keenan Allen were both limited today at practice. Both Taylor and Allen appear to be on veteran rest days to help them manage the load of the season. Expect them both back to full participant tomorrow.
Wide receiver Ashton Dulin (ankle) was absent from practice today. Dulin has been dealing with an ankle injury since week 1 and it caused him to miss last weeks game. It looks like he may need more time before he returns to practice.
Cornerback Sauce Gardner (rib), Guard Matt Goncalves (foot) and Wide receiver Laquon Treadwell (shoulder) were all full participants despite being listed in the injury report.
wide receiver Alec Pierce (heel) was absent from practice today. Practice was likely before he ended up being placed on injured reserve, hence his inclusion in the injury report.
