Jimmy Butler’s 2025-26 NBA season is over due to an injury to his right ACL. Shams Charania of ESPN reported the news via X this evening.
Butler had appeared in 37 of Golden State’s 43 games this season, averaging 20.1 points on 52% shooting from the field, 38% from the three-point arc. He also averaged 5.6 rebounds and 4.9 assists.
The Warriors currently hold a 24-19 record, good for 8th in the NBA’s Western Conference. The Portland Trail Blazers, at 22-22, are right behind them in 9th place.
