The Miami Dolphins’ 2026 training camp is officially open as the veterans report to the team’s facilities today. They join the rookies, who reported last week. The team will workout primarily at the Baptist Health Training Complex next to Hard Rock Stadium, though there will be one practice in the stadium itself.
Miami is undergoing a massive transformation this year, with the team shedding the Mike McDaniel era and building toward the vision of new head coach Jeff Hafley. The team will transition
from a speed-based team looking to use pre-snap motion to create confusion into a more power-based team, using the running attack to create space in the secondary for the passing game. Training camp will give us the first opportunity for fans to see the 2026 version of the team.
The Dolphins will hold their first public practice on Saturday. The full schedule for their practices, including the Hard Rock Stadium practice and a joint practice with the New York Giants is below.
