The WORLD CHAMPION Knicks (0-0) open their season tonight against the Philadelphia 76ers (0-0) at Madison Square Garden. They’ll hang the new banner (53 years in the making) and distribute rings before tip-off. As of this writing, no Knicks stars are on the injury report; the 76ers list several players out or questionable, but none of their top stars. Jaylen Brown, LeBron James, Joel Embiid, Tyrese Maxey, and VJ Edgecombe should all be ready and eager to take a swipe at the crown. The Knicks are favored
by about five points as the healthy home team and defending champs.
Game time is at 7 p.m. EST on NBC. This is your game thread. This is Liberty Ballers. Please don’t post large photos, GIFs, or links to illegal streams in the thread. Be excellent humans. And go Knicks!
