The Las Vegas Raiders play their first game of the year tomorrow at home against the Miami Dolphins. They hope to get off to a good start with a victory, as they did in 2025.
With the news early in the week that Brock Bowers is out, the Raiders are in need of reinforcements. That is why they went to the practice squad and elevated TE Chris Myarick and WR Cody White.
Myarick was signed during training camp after spending last season on the Dolphins’ practice squad. The 6-5, 261-pounder originally went
undrafted out of Temple in 2019 and signed with the Dolphins. He spent two seasons in Miami, appearing in 11 games with three starts.
Cody White spent the past two seasons in Seattle and was on the squad that won the Super Bowl last February. White had 11 catches for 169 yards and a touchdown during the regular season.
