Houston Dash midfielder, Maggie Graham, has signed a contract extension through the 2029 season according to an announcement by the club this morning.
Graham now has the longest guaranteed contract with the club along with 19-year-old rookie, Linda Ullmark.
“When we discuss the future of our organization, (Graham) is at the center of those conversations. She embodies the qualities we value most as a club through her professionalism and competitive spirit. We are thrilled that she will remain in Houston
for years to come,” said President of Women’s Soccer, Angela Hucles Mangano. “This extension also reflects our confidence in her trajectory as a player and our commitment to retaining individuals who can help shape the culture and ambitions of our team.”
The 23-year-old midfielder has played in all 12 matches for the Dash in 2026, and has four goal contributions with three goals and one assist so far in the season.
“When I arrived, I was looking for an environment where I could challenge myself and continue to grow on-and-off the field. Over the last two seasons, the Dash has given me that opportunity and so much more,” Graham said. “One of the things I value most about being here is without question the people I get to share this journey with. I love the group we have in our locker room and the environment they create at the facility and on match day.
“That has made Houston a very special place for me. We also have a clear vision for what we want this club to become, and I’ve seen the commitment throughout the organization to keep raising the standard every day. We have a talented group, strong leadership and a lot of belief in what we’re building together.”
Graham joined the Dash in 2025 as an important member of the Dash midfield, but usually playing in a more defensive role. She scored in her first professional match in the season-opener against the Washington Spirit and had five more goal contributions across 1,520 minutes. Her season was cut short due to a shoulder injury in September, sending her to the Season Ending Injury list, but has been a vital member of the Dash’s midfield in 2026.
The Dash currently hold the 11th spot in the NWSL standings and are three points away from the final playoff spot with nearly tw0-thirds of the season left. Houston play their next match on July 3, against the Washington Spirit.
