John is moving Anthony Santander up in the lineup a couple of spots, hoping for a big hit. The Jays have been making plenty of soft contact, some hard contact would would be ok. And Barger hasn’t been crushing
the ball.
The Jays have struck out only 9 times in the first two games of the series, while the Mariners have struck out 25 times. But the Mariners have the edge on hard hit balls (M’s 50% hard hit balls, Jays 38.5%).
