Barcelona boss Hansi Flick, captain Raphinha and exciting youngster Xavi Espart have all been nominated for La Liga monthly awards after making a great start to the new 2026-27 season.
Flick has overseen three wins from three games, with his team beating Elche, Athletic Club and Rayo Vallecano in August.
The German boss has been nominated for the Coach of the Month award along with Real Madrid boss Jose Mourinho and Alaves manager Quique Sánchez Flores.
Raphinha is up for the Player of the Month award following his impressive start to the campaign. The Brazilian superstar has scored five goals and bagged an assist in his first three matches to help Barcelona make a perfect start.
Former Barcelona striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has also been nominated after scoring three goals in three games for newly-promoted Deportivo. Real Madrid’s Jude Bellingham, Atletico’s Alex Baena and Alaves defender Nahuel Tenaglia are also in contention.
Espart has also been recognised for his fine start to the campaign. The defender has played his way into Barcelona’s starting XI after impressing Flick in pre-season and is up for the Under-23 Player of the Month award.
