What is the story about?

NBA forward Buddy Hield has been traded once again. ESPN’s Shams Charania is reporting that the 10-year veteran is headed to the Chicago Bulls in exchange for guard Rob Dillingham.

Last February, the Golden State Warriors traded Hield to the Atlanta Hawks as part of a package with Jonathan Kuminga that netted the Warriors center Kristaps Porzingis. Four days ago the Hawks moved Hield with Ryan Nembhard to acquire Dorian Finney-Smith from the Charlotte Hornets. Now Charlotte is moving Hield to Chicago

for Dillingham.

Hield averaged 7.6 points in 16.1 minutes per game for the Warriors and Hawks last year while shooting a career-low 34.9% from the three-point arc.

Dillingham, the 8th overall pick in the 2024 NBA Draft, averaged 6.3 points in 14.9 minutes per game for the Bulls and the Minnesota Timberwolves last season.
