Drew McIntyre quit and walked out of WWE in the opening segment of last week’s (Mar. 13) episode of SmackDown. Drew has played this card before, so it wasn’t very surprising when he returned later in the night to attack Jacob Fatu. Moments later, Drew was already booked in a match against Fatu on this Friday’s (Mar. 20) episode.
Just a short while ago, McIntyre posted the following video on social media, along with the words “Tired,” “Frustrated,” “Hurt,” “Disappointed,” and “Still here.”
In the video, Drew says it’s been a rough few weeks, and that he should be walking into WrestleMania 42 as the WWE champion. He is sick and tired of dealing with nepo babies and frauds in WWE like Jacob Fatu.
Even though Jacob has done time behind bars, Drew is a real gangster and the “original athletic freak” in WWE. Drew really doesn’t know what the future holds for him this time, but he’ll see Jacob tomorrow night on SmackDown.
He also gives a shout out to Umaga as the best member of The Bloodline, which is pretty cool to hear.
What do you think Drew McIntyre’s future in WWE looks like starting tomorrow night when he fights Fatu? Let me know in the comments below, Cagesiders.
