The Knicks (28*-18) sweep into the frigid northlands to face off with the Toronto Raptors (29-19) tonight. It’s a battle for third place in the east, and while the oddsmakers favor New York, you’d be justified
to have concerns. It’s the second night of a back-to-back for the ‘Bockers, who had trouble knocking off the Kings last night. Now, facing a surging Immanuel (still love him) Quickley, our fatigued heroes will be shorthanded, to boot. Mitchell Robinson was key to their victory yesterday, but he and Miles McBride will sit out this one. Possibly Jalen Brunson (Questionable, illness) and Josh Hart (GTD, ankle), too. Will the remaining Knicks show up and deliver when it counts, securing third place and a 3-0 lead in the season series?
Tip off is 7:30 p.m. EST on MSG. This is your game thread. This is RaptorsHQ. Please don’t post large photos, GIFs, or links to illegal streams in the thread. Extend kindness to your fellow humans. And go Knicks!
* Should be one more, but the stupid NBA Cup doesn’t count. Grumble grumble.
