Former Bayern Munich star and current FC Barcelona striker Robert Lewandowski is in the twilight of his career and while he does not seem ready to retire just yet, he is going to be very deliberate in thinking about what he will do next.
For Lewandowski, everything is on the table and the Pole will take his time to figure it all out. When asked about what might be next, Lewandowski indicated that the situation was open.
“That remains to be seen,” Lewandowski told Canal+ Poland (as captured by Sport1).
“I will probably wait until different options arise and then decide what is best for me and my family – so it will probably take a little while. Lewandowski explained.
When asked about balancing his career and his family, Lewandowski reiterated a theme that he talked bout many times — those two things go hand-in-hand for him.
“You can’t separate one from the other, because everything is important,” Lewandowski said. “I believe that ultimately it’s about choosing what we think is best. And that’s the path we will take.”
