The Bundesliga has reached an all too familiar stage once again; Bayern Munich are Champions and the rest of the league are fighting for the scraps. Borussia Dortmund, much like Arsenal, will have to be satisfied with second place as they look to wrap up the final four games of the season. The bad news is that while Dortmund struggle to find creative solutions on the pitch, us Fear The Wall writers struggle to find anything interesting to write about. The good news, however, is that even the Bavarians
have completely lost the plot.
Bayern Munich’s players have been carrying a porcelain cockatoo around their title celebrations this weekend and even the club’s official website isn’t quite sure why. The website alludes to the players stealing the bird from a downtown restaurant last season, the restaurant owner seems to argue that the inanimate bird “fluttered off on its own accord”, and I personally think they robbed the bird from a retirement home’s lobby. While #CockatooGate is more interesting than the Bundesliga table, I refuse to write elaborate on it any further because every. single. outlet. is. writing. about. it.

How long until we get a T-Mobile sponsored Cockatoo flying around the stadium before all Der Klassiker games?
