What is the story about?
Amid the gloom and doom reports surrounding the Portland Trail Blazers over the last 48 hours comes a nice glimmer of light. Former Blazer’s Edge staffer Ben Golliver is joining ESPN as Senior NBA Writer. Golliver was caught up in the Wall Street Journal purge a couple months ago. It’s good to see a site alum land on his feet (and then some)!
The only two issues I see with this are that ESPN didn’t mention Blazer’s Edge at all in the article and being called “Senior” anything reminds me how old we’re
all getting, but other than THAT [insert laughing emoji here], it’s a nice event for a nice person. Congrats, Ben!
