The most recent Rangers Reacts Survey asked folks to grade the Texas Rangers’ trade deadline.
You will be shocked — shocked!!! — to learn that people weren’t happy:
Almost half of you — 47% — gave the Rangers a failing grade for their trade deadline work, and honestly, I’m surprised its that low.
Another 26% gave the Rangers a D, while 20% gave the Rangers a C.
I am guessing the 3% who gave the team an A and the 4% who gave the team a B either really like Chase Silseth or really don’t like Josh Smith.
The voting on the national questions was also pretty lopsided as it relates to who won the trade deadline:
Consistent with this vote, Tarik Skubal, who the Dodgers acquired from the Detroit Tigers for Zyhir Hope, River Ryan and Brady Smith, was picked as the player traded at the deadline who will make the biggest impact this year, getting over half the vote.
