Fort Cherry’s (PA) Matt Sieg added another feather to his cap in his Rangers’ eleventh win of the season, breaking the school’s all-time rushing record. As a reminder, he plays quarterback in high school.
The four-star had two touchdowns and 154 yards in the affair before heading to the bench. He now also sits second on the WPIAL’s all-time rushing list. He already holds the records for total yardage and touchdowns.
Four-star linebacker Terry Wiggins had a late-game scoop-and-score after delivering a violent hit on the quarterback in Coatesville’s (PA) playoff victory. Wiggins doesn’t play against the strongest competition in PIAA 6A, but his ceiling is very high, and I’d be super intrigued with what Penn State could do with him should he stick around.
His full game tape is available over on Hudl.
Three-star defensive lineman Tavian Branch now has a slew of highlights available from his senior season at Riverside (Taylor, PA). He reported that he’s now up to 6-foot-4 and 300 pounds. Should he stick on the defensive side at the next level, his frame gives him a lot of upside. I see some PJ Mustipher here.
Branch’s Riverside (Taylor, PA) Vikings fell in the semifinals of the PIAA District II AA playoffs last week.
Isaac Chukwurah, another three-star defensive tackle, also has senior highlights available. “Chuk” has garnered plenty of interest from other schools since James Franklin’s departure, and his tape shows why. He’s considered the No. 1 overall recruit from the state of Delaware this year.
Let’s keep things rolling here for the big boys. Three-star offensive lineman Benjamin Eziuka now has regular-season highlights available. At his level, he’s extremely dominant along the interior offensive line, but he played a decent bit at defensive tackle as well. He’s had more success on the offensive line, but I could see a school showing interest in working down into a DT at 6-foot-3 and 315 pounds.
His Central Catholic (Novi, MI) Shamrocks now head into the MHSAA playoffs with a perfect 10- record.
