With fewer and fewer players completing testing, assembling an NFL Draft board is getting harder and harder to do with each passing year. One thing that is nice for the Green Bay Packers is that the non-testers are disproportionately weighted to the top of the draft where they won’t have a pick; in the area where Green Bay will be picking, they’ll have some publicly verified testing numbers for the vast majority of options. The Packers can also theoretically have players do some testing on visits
if they want to, perhaps for someone like Christen Miller, who was in on a visit but did not test either at the NFL Combine or his Pro Day.
For the purposes of the board, I choose the most generous numbers from the Combine and Pro Day. Combine data comes from the official numbers provided by the NFL and Pro Day numbers come from either draftscout.com’s verified data or Football Sheets verified data, both of which get theirs from the NFL’s Pro Day verified numbers.
Threshold markers by position
- Quarterback: Height 6020, Weight 210
- Running Back: Weight: 200, 40 yard dash: 4.58, 3-cone: 7.20
- Wide Receiver: Height: 5110, Weight: 190, 40 yard dash: 4.52, 3-cone: 7.10
- Tight End: 4.70 40-yard dash
- Offensive line: Weight: 300, 10-split: 1.82, Shuttle: 4.80, 3-cone: 7.85
- Defensive Tackle and EDGE: Density-adjusted Speed, Power, and Agility scores based on past draft picks. This one is more convoluted so rather than lay out the entirety of the formula in a full article, it’s basically just an equation of how dense are you (height/weight) compared with how athletic you are in straight-line, jumps, and agilities, and comparing that against league baseline.
- Linebacker: Weight: 230 lbs, 40 yard dash: 4.70, Shuttle: 4.40, 3-cone: 7.30
- Cornerback: Height: 5106, Weight: 190 lbs, 40 yard dash: 4.52, 3-cone: 7.00
- Safety: Height 5110, Weight: 195 lbs, 40 yard dash: 4.55, 3-cone: 7.10
And with that, here is your full 2026 Packers Thresholds Big Board
NOTE/KEY:
- Bolded players met all thresholds
- Blue players are confirmed Top-30 visits
- Parenthetical players are confirmed visits but missed at least one threshold
- Double asterisked players did not test or missed at least two testing types needed for their position
- Players in normal font did not disqualify themselves but did not do all testing needed to hit all qualifiers
- Tiers are based on consensus draft board or Dane Brugler’s rankings if a day 3 prospect is vastly under-ranked on consensus board versus expert boards (see: Jager Burton)
