Now that the bye week is here, it’s time to update you on former Jets players and how they’ve been faring with their current teams. We will cover this in three parts, looking at offense today, then defense and finally special teams over the next few days.
As ever, this list is intended to be exhaustive, but if we missed anyone, let us know in the comments.

Offensive lineman George Fant and quarterback Josh Johnson remain on Washington’s active roster but neither has played yet.

Saints:
The Saints are another player who haven’t had any former Jets on offense this season.

The Panthers recently added quarterback Mike White to their practice squad, but he hasn’t played yet this season.

Wide receiver Davante Adams has been a big addition for the Rams as he has started seven games and caught six touchdowns. He has 31 catches for 431 yards.
Seahawks:
Quarterback Sam Darnold has led Seattle to a 5-2 record after his big offseason move. He’s completed 68 percent of his passes and has 12 touchdowns with only four interceptions. His lone 300-yard game of the season came in a loss, though.
Cardinals:
Wide receiver Greg Dortch has played in seven games, starting four, and has 82 yards and a touchdown on 17 touches. He’s also contributed in the return game.
At running back, Bam Knight and Michael Carter have had a role following some injuries. Knight has rushed for 102 yards and two touchdowns, with five catches for 40 yards. However, Carter had been averaging less than three yards per carry and was just released and signed back to the practice squad. He did have nine catches for 77 yards and one touchdown run, though.
Offensive tackle Kelvin Beachum is on the active roster but hasn’t played any offensive snaps yet.
49ers:
Quarterback Adrian Martinez was on the practice squad but was recently signed to the main roster, although he hasn’t played yet.

Tight end Brenden Bates was poached from the Browns and with the team for five weeks but is now back in Cleveland. He caught two passes in three appearances.
Steelers:
Quarterback Aaron Rodgers has led the Steelers to a 4-3 record as he has 16 touchdown passes and five interceptions, having completed 68 percent of his passes. Rodgers doesn’t have a single 250-yard game so far this year, but has been consistent as he’s only been below 200 passing yards once.
Offensive lineman Calvin Anderson is also on the roster but is yet to see any action.

Bengals:
The Bengals recently acquired quarterback Joe Flacco via trade from the Browns and he has a quarterback rating of over 100 in his first three games as he has seven touchdown passes and no interceptions. They are 1-2 in those three games but he had 342 passing yards in the win over the Steelers.
Also: Quarterbacks Brett Rypien and Mike White spent time on the practice squad but were since released.

Prior to getting traded, Flacco had struggled with six interceptions in four games, three of which the Browns had lost. He had just two touchdown passes.

Tight end Brenden Bates is also now on the active roster. He was initially on the practice squad before being poached by the Texans. However, they recently released him so the Browns re-acquired him by claiming him on waivers.

Running back Raheem Mostert hasn’t made much of an impact in a reserve role. He has 93 yards on 18 touches, while also playing special teams.
Chargers:
Offensive lineman Mekhi Becton has started seven games and not given up a sack, but he’s really struggled to stay healthy and has not been very consistent in the run game. He has four penalties.
Tackle Austin Deculus has made three starts due to injuries on the Chargers’ line and he’s struggled badly with four sacks allowed and three penalties.
Tight end Tyler Conklin has also had a disappointing impact with just five catches for 83 yards. He has started five of eight games.
Broncos:
Finally, Denver is another team that has had no ex-Jets on offense during the season.
