IT’S. FINALLY. HERE.
Eugene experienced a very unusual, heavy late-summer storm of the type we don’t generally see until October or so, and we had two days of thunderstorms and heavy rain on Thursday and Friday.
BSU’s flight to Eugene was not spared from the storm’s wrath, and the team had to divert to Portland and take the two-hour bus ride to get to Eugene late yesterday.
Boise St. has historically given then Ducks problems, most recently in 2024 when the No. 7 Ducks got past the Broncos on a late field goal to win, 37-34.
That probably won’t replay today, but you never know. The books, however, aren’t giving BSU much love – The Broncos are 24.5 point underdogs today.
Right now, it’s sunny and 62° in Eugene (at 11:00 am local time) and should be 66 and climbing by kickoff.
