Welcome to the final Miami Hurricanes College Football Playoff game day everyone!
To conclude the CFP journey, Miami travels to…Miami Gardens, FL to take on the top-seeded 15-0 Indiana Hoosiers in the CFP National Championship Game. Both of these teams find themselves 60 minutes from a National Championship, so the stakes are the highest they could possibly be.

College Football Playoff National Championship Game injury report by Me
The Pre-game update to the injury report:
- TE Elija Lofton, LB Malik Bryant, WR Daylyn Upshaw, and DT Donta Simpson are OUT.
- DB Xavier Lucas is OUT for the 1st half because of the targeting call in the Semifinal against Ole Miss
- DB Damari Brown is listed as questionable. This has been his designation throughout the playoffs and despite having practiced some, he hasn’t played in a playoff game yet.
- Indiana Starting DL Stephen Daley and Kellan Wyatt are both OUT, and have been out for a while.
And here are your uniforms for the game: same as the other CFP games, Stormtroopers.
(oh yeah, Miami’s the road team again, even with the game at HRS.)
Your captains for the National Championship Game: DE Rueben Bain Jr, LB Wesley Bissainthe, C James Brockermyer, LB Wesley Bissainthe, RG Anez Cooper, WR C.J. Daniels, RB Mark Fletcher Jr., RT Francis Mauigoa, DE Akheem Mesidor, Nickel Keionte Scott, and LB Mo Toure.
Miami is 60 minutes of football from a National Championship! This is the moment we’ve waited two decades for! I’m excited, prepared, and ready for the moment. Hopefully the team is, too!
Hop in the comments and discuss the action as it happens.
