After a weekend of mixed results, we move on to Week 4 for the Mountain West and the rest of college football.
Looking over at FanDuel’s opening odds can tell us a bit about what the oddsmakers think about this week’s slate of games. Since we cover the entire Mountain West, we have info for every team in addition to your favorite one.

UNLV @ Miami (Ohio): UNLV -3.5, O/U 50.5
- Coming off of a bye, UNLV travels across the country to take on a Miami team that has faced a tough schedule so far. UNLV is expected to win a close one on the road.
Nevada @ Western Kentucky: Nevada +11.5, O/U 54.5
- Nevada is coming off of a late game meltdown loss to Middle Tennessee at home. Now they travel all the way to Kentucky where they are pretty significant underdogs.
Boise State @ Air Force: Boise State -9.5, O/U 51.5
- The Falcons are coming off of a road loss to Utah State and will be looking to get back on track. The Broncos will be looking to start their conference slate off with a win. FanDuel expects the Broncos to leave Colorado Springs with a road victory.
UTSA @ Colorado State: Colorado State +4.5, O/U 59.5
- A big game for the Mountain West, as the conference looks to prove itself against a team from the American. The Rams will look for an answer at quarterback before they start conference play. FanDuel expects a close game in Fort Collins.
Wyoming @ Colorado: Wyoming +13.5, O/U 44.5
- The Cowboys have struggled to score points against FBS competition and hope to get on track before kicking off conference play. FanDuel expects a comfortable win for the Buffaloes
California @ San Diego State: San Diego State +12.5, O/U 49.5
- The Aztecs are coming off of a bye, where they looked to right the ship two weeks ago after a blowout loss to Washington State. Can the Aztecs us their home field advantage to upset the Golden Bears. FanDuel expects a two-score victory for Cal.
Fresno State @ Hawaii: Fresno State -3.5, O/U 47.5
- Things tend to get crazy for the Bulldogs when they travel to the islands. The health of Hawaii quarterback Micah Alejado may have an outcome in this one. FanDuel like the Bulldogs to leave Hawaii with a close victory.
