Marcus Rashford’s future at Barcelona continues to be a major talking points with recent updates claiming the Catalan giants want to keep hold of the forward permanently.
The England international is currently
on a season-long loan, although his deal does include a purchase option set at around €30 million.
The latest update on the situation claims once again the Barca don’t want to pay that amount but have come up with two suggestions in recent talks with Manchester United.
Barca would rather sign Rashford permanently for a lower fee or take him on loan for another season, and this deal would include an obligatory purchase option at the end of the campaign.
It’s not clear yet what will happen and if an agreement can be struck, but Rashford has already made it clear he wants to continue with Barca past the end of his loan deal.
