On her latest Making Monsters podcast, Taylor Doll is previewing the Chicago Bears vs the Cleveland Browns game. She kicks off the show with 2nd City Gridiron’s Even Mac, co-host of The Mac & Read Show, to help break down the Bears side of Sunday’s matchup. They chat about the good and bad from the Packers game and what could transfer over to the Browns this weekend.
She is also joined by Quincy Carrier, who covers the Browns for a few outlets, including Cleveland.com. They get into rookie quarterback
Shedeur Sanders, their running game, All-Pro defensive end Myles Garrett, and what Cleveland will try to do to slow down the Bears’ offense.
“If you’re the Browns, you’re probably looking for turnovers this week. That’s the big thing,” Carrier said. “And stopping the run. Look, they’ve been good at it most of the season, but last week Tony Pollard went off, and that’s partly because they got a lot of injuries. Slowing down Kyle Monangai, that’s really been their number one M.O. is slow down the run game, so we can get to the passing game and let teams have to deal with Myles [Garrett], but if they can’t get to that successfully, then the Browns defense is going to have issues. “
