As the MLB Playoffs enter the Championship Series round, that seems to be the sole focus of news and action across the league currently, However, for the week ahead, more news could be coming regarding
the Braves managerial search and/more more roster transactions to clean up the 40-man roster. While it will likely still be weeks before we get any major news about additions or subtractions to the Braves roster, it will be interesting to see how the roster takes shape even in the coming days.

Bryce Miller allowed a home run to George Springer to start the bottom of the first in Game 1 of the ALCS. However, from there, Miller, Cal Raleigh, and Jorge Polanco would be the stars as the Mariners won 3-1.
