As expected, Kentucky Basketball forward Jayden Quaintance is entering the 2026 NBA Draft, he announced on Tuesday.
This comes after Quaintance appeared in just four games this season while recovering from ACL surgery and also battling swelling in his surgically-repaired knee.
“Like you, I wanted more, but I hope Big Blue Nation continues to support me as I chase my dreams. I’ll always bleed blue and proudly represent the Wildcats. With that being said, I’d like to announce that I will be entering
the 2026 NBA Draft,” Quaintance wrote in a statement.
It’s widely expected that Quaintance will remain in the draft.
And with that ends an era that really never got off the ground in Lexington. Best of luck as Quaintance continues his career in the pros!
