To say that the Cleveland Browns offense was terrible in 2025 would be an understatement. The Browns defense, led by DPOY and single-season sack king Myles Garrett, carried the team to five wins and had them in position to win a few more games, only to be let down by an offense that just couldn’t score points.
A look at some basic stats from the 2025 offense:
- 30th in yards
- 31st in passing yards
- 31st in points
Day 1 of the 2026 NFL draft continued to see GM Andrew Berry addressing the failures on that side of the ball. OT Spencer Fano and WR KC Concepcion
are just the latest moves for new HC Todd Monken’s offense, with either six or seven new starters already in place before the nine draft picks Cleveland has remaining this year:
Browns Starting Offense After 2026 NFL Draft Round 1
- QB: Shedeur Sanders (but could be replaced by Deshaun Watson)
- RB: Quinshon Judkins
- WR: Jerry Jeudy
- WR: KC Concepcion – replacing David Njoku
- WR: Cedric Tillman
- TE: Harold Fannin Jr.
- LT: Spencer Fano – replacing Dawand Jones/Cam Robinson
- LG: Zion Johnson – replacing Joel Bitonio
- C: Luke Wypler – replacing Ethan Pocic
- RG: Elgton Jenkins – replacing Wyatt Teller/Teven Jenkins
- RT: Tytus Howard – replacing Jack Conklin/KT Leveston/Cornelius Lucas
Berry still has nine picks left in the 2026 NFL draft, including three on Day 2, where another starting receiver or tight end could be added. As of now, Cleveland’s offense has a whole new line and starting wide receiver, with a QB competition nowhere near the finish line.
How do you feel about the Browns starting offense, as of now, compared to last year? Besides QB, which starter above do you hope gets replaced by a draft pick on Day 2?
