For the first time since their post-mortem press conference following the Philadelphia Eagles’ season-ending loss to the San Francisco 49ers back in January, we’ll hear from Howie Roseman and Nick Sirianni this week.
The Eagles’ general manager and head coach are currently scheduled to speak at the 2026 NFL Scouting Combine on Tuesday at 2:45 PM and 3:00 PM Eastern, respectively.
Roseman is expected to face questions about A.J. Brown trade rumors, the status of impending free agents (such as Jaelan
Phillips), and so on.
Sirianni will be asked about new offensive coordinator Sean Mannion, the departure of Jeff Stoutland, other coaching staff changes, and more.
It remains to be seen how substantive their answers will be but it’s still more interesting than not to get their comments on record.
While the on-field action at the NFL Combine is all about evaluating NFL Draft prospects, there are many off-field happenings that set the stage for NFL free agency since a large contingent of league executives, agents, and reporters are gathered in one city for multiple days.
