After seemingly being penciled in for rotation minutes tonight against the Oklahoma City Thunder with Steph Curry (ankle), Jimmy Butler (illness), and Draymond Green (rest) all ruled out, Jonathan Kuminga
has now suddenly been downgraded due to “lower back soreness.”
Jonathan Kuminga is now questionable for the Warriors tonight with lower back soreness. Opportunity for minutes available to him tonight with a ton of guys out, but his status vs Thunder also now in doubt.

Kuminga did not see minutes in nine out of the Warriors’ last 10 games. The last game he played was against the Phoenix Suns on December 18, during which he played a total of nine minutes and 31 seconds.
This was supposed to be an opportunity for Kuminga to increase his value for a potential trade down the line (he will be trade-eligible starting January 15. But with this recent development, Kuminga is set to warm the sidelines for the seventh-consecutive game.
