Here is a look at how the Las Vegas Raiders’ 2025 draft class fared in a 35-27 Week 3 win at the New Orleans Saints and what to look for Sunday at home against the Kansas City Chiefs:
Ashton Jeanty:
The No. 6 overall draft pick played a season high 84 percent of the offensive snaps in Week 3. He didn’t produce much for the second straight game. Jeanty had 56 rushing yards on 19 carries and he had three catches for 37 yards. Jeanty is averaging 3.3 yards per carry this season after a strong Week 1.
He isn’t getting great run blocking in the past two weeks. This needs to improve.
Jack Bech:
The second-round pick played 11 snaps before fracturing his forearm. He will be out an extended period of time. He has five catches for 48 yards on six targets this season. This is a disappointing situation for a player who needed to develop in his second season
Darien Porter:
He returned from missing Week 2 because of a foot injury, but Porter lost his starting job to rookie Zeke Masses. Porter didn’t play on defense and played 19 snaps on special teams against the Saints. It will be interesting to see if he plays any on defense against the Chiefs.
Caleb Rogers:
The third-round pick played five snaps at right guard when Jackson Powers-Johnson went out late with a groin injury. If Powers-Johnson can’t play Sunday, Rogers could play some.
Charles Grant:
The offensive lineman, taken in the third round, but didn’t play on offense, but logged five snaps on special teams.
Dont’e Thornton:
The wide receiver, taken in the fourth round, will be on the injured reserve for, at least, another week.
Tonka Hemingway:
The fourth-round pick played 53 percent of the defensive snaps, still it was the most of any defensive tackle in the game for the Raiders. He had three tackles.
JJ Pegues:
The defensive tackle, taken in the sixth round, has been inactive every game this season. He was active in nine of 17 games as a rookie.
Cody Lindenberg:
The seventh-round pick played 17 snaps on special teams.
