Ohio Coverage: In Northeast Ohio, the game will air on WJW (Channel 8.1). The entire state of Ohio will get to see the game.
National Coverage: Most of the country is getting the Rams vs. Eagles game during that timeslot, but there are quite a few Northern to Midwest states that are getting the Browns game, like Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, the Pittsburgh
area, Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and a few others. Alaska also gets the game.
