Barcelona’s decision to move for Karim Adeyemi has brought fresh speculation about what will happen with Ferran Torres and Roony Bardghji this summer.
The Catalans have seen an opening bid for the Dortmund star rejected but could return with a better offer. Adeyemi is out of contract next summer and is thought to be keen to head to Barcelona.
In the wake of the Adeyemi news, reporter Florian Plettenberg has posted an update and claims that there are fresh doubts over whether Roony and Ferran will continue
at Barcelona.
Bardghji spoke of his frustrations at his lack of game time last season and an exit has been talked about for a while now. It wouldn’t be too much of a surprise, therefore, if the arrival of Adeyemi finally pushed him out of the door at Barcelona.
Ferran’s situation is slightly different but Plettenberg claims he has “received several offers” this summer.
Torres is into the last year of his contract and is yet to agree an extension with the club. He’s often been linked with a move away from Barca over the years but has always insisted he does not want to go anywhere.
