The Buffalo Bills became the latest NFL team to dismiss its head coach when veteran Sean McDermott was fired on Monday after leading the Bills to eight playoff appearances in nine seasons.
Newly promoted president of football operations/general manager Brandon Beane will be tasked with leading the search to tab McDermott’s replacement, and while there is a lot to like about coaching in Buffalo, the situation comes with some risks, too.
