In a season that has had plenty of low points, the Las Vegas Raiders seem to find a way to fall deeper and deeper into a bottomless pit. The Week 12 24-10 loss to the Cleveland Browns not only means the Raiders have
lost five games in a row and nine out of their last 10 contests, but it’s also a two-possession defeat to a team that had a quarterback making his first start and also came into the game at 2-8.
To make matters even worse, Las Vegas scored in garbage time with about five minutes left in the fourth quarter to make the scoreboard look prettier. Cleveland controlled the game and held a three-score advantage before turning to a prevent defense during the final frame. That just shows how far off the Silver and Black are from being anything close to a competitive team in the National Football League.
So, the internet isn’t exactly taking it easy on the Raiders, as they fell to 2-9 and clinched their fourth straight losing season. What does head coach Pete Carroll have to say about that? You tell me what this quote via ESPN’s Ryan McFadden means.
This looks like a team that has quit on its head coach if you ask me.
Myles Garrett getting left alone with Stone Forsthye is pure coaching malpractice.
Who’s getting fired tomorrow?
This year’s team is up there with ‘06, just awful.
How do y’all feel about Geno Smith giving fans the bird after the game?
