Jarek’s Pre-tipoff Thoughts:
This should be an easy stroll in the park for Nebraska. Let’s be honest, West Georgia is not that good of a team. We probably won’t learn a ton about Nebraska and its prospects for at least a couple of games into the season. I’m looking for good, clean basketball. Minimize the turnovers, move the ball, have a high assists/made field goals ratio and play some solid defense.
The good news is that a lot of people will see some playing time, and I look forward to seeing how this new group gels together. With Mast and Lawrence returning to the squad, it should help ease the burden of needing some high-powered scoring. Nebraska will easily take care of business tonight.
