According to a report from Bild’s Nico Linner, Bayern Munich star Konrad Laimer has confirmed that he has signed a contract extension with the club:
🔴⚪️ Konrad Laimer has just left the #FCBayern headquarters and confirmed to BILD, Sky, and Sport1 that he has extended his contract.
That should put the final nail in the coffin for a deal that has been expected for quite some time. Laimer, a midfielder by trade, who has converted to right-back, has developed into an indispensable player for the Bavarians
since joining the club in 2023.
Laimer played with Austria at the World Cup and will not formally report to Säbener Straße until August 1st, but it is good to have that piece of business taken care for the former RB Leipzig player.
Laimer figures to be the starter at right-back for the Bavarians once again this season and will bring his unique brand of energy and aggression to each and every game.
