Maryland women’s lacrosse’s home games will take place at SECU Stadium to begin the 2026 season, the team announced Monday morning.
The Terps’ regular home, the Field Hockey and Lacrosse Complex or “The Plex,” will undergo renovations during this time. The language used in the announcement opens
the door for a return to The Plex later in the season.
Maryland last played home games at SECU Stadium in 2023, when The Plex was undergoing a massive renovation worth approximately $11 million. This year’s renovations will not be to the same degree.
The team’s schedule — and SECU Stadium home opener — are yet to be announced.
