The Cleveland Browns announced their inactives for today’s game against the Carolina Panthers.
Like last week, the attention was focused on whether CB Tyson Campbell would be active. He played last week, but left a few times during the game to injury, and was listed as questionable with an ankle, hip, and knee injury. Another defensive back, S Grant Delpit, was also questionable this week with a shoulder injury.
The inactives for this week are out, and unfortunately, the team will be without Campbell.
Delpit is active. Here are the Browns’ Week 3 inactives:
- QB Taylen Green (third QB)
- OG Teven Jenkins
- C Parker Brailsford
- LB Justin Jefferson
- CB Tyson Campbell
With Campbell out, CB Mekhi Blackmon is expected to start opposite CB Denzel Ward, while CB Myles Harden maintains his versatile role. We’ll update this post shortly when we learn about the Carolina Panthers’ inactives, as they have a few key wide receivers in question.
