In her debut for home state club, Denver Summit FC, Lindsey Heaps provided just what they needed.

KC Current was on the way to their seventh win in seven games at home, but conceded in the 90th minute, settling for a draw at CPKC Stadium for the first time in 2026.

The “super sub” Trinity Byars did not come off the bench in this one. Instead, she started and tallied the brace, including the 90th minute equalizer to salvage a point for San Diego Wave. The forward now has six goals on the season.
In the absence of Dudinha, head coach Jonas Eidevall and the team continue to find contributors to step up in her place.

Trinity Rodman has taken over and has four goals in the past four games.
Her goal in the 31st minute ended up being the game-winner for Washington Spirit.
With nine wins in their last 11 matches, this team is primed for another major run.

Historic. One of, if not the best ever comeback in league history.
