Indiana men’s basketball alumnus OG Anunoby’s storied NBA career added another accolade this past weekend when the New York Knicks won game five of the NBA Finals to seal a 4-1 series win over the San Antonio Spurs.
Anunoby played a crucial role for the Knicks, averaging 21.2 points per game against the Spurs with a 33-point performance in game four that was capped by the late go-ahead tip-in to complete the largest comeback in NBA Finals history, not to mention his impact on the defensive end of
the court.
