Hi Syracuse students,
Your friends here at Nunes Magician would like to help you with the costume contest during Friday’s game against North Carolina. So, we’ve gathered our crack FNSI research team to share
some strong costume ideas that will surely help you take home a prize.**
**TNIAAM is not responsible if you don’t win a prize.
First, let’s be clear. No face painting. So that means you can’t paint your face Red for your Tom Coughlin during the Wildcard Round in Green Bay costume- maybe a light rouge for your cheeks and nose to get that onsetting frostbite look, but that’s it.
Now let’s get to some other ideas, starting with the obvious first
The Hoodie and Hudson- clearly this one won’t be that original, so it’s going to be about the details. You can recreate the Instagram beach shot, the ESPY red carpet look, or this sideline fit. Just don’t go for the AirBNB Ring cam- no one wants to see that in Dome
Riley Dixon hurdle– get your friend an LSU jersey and spend the pre-game hurdling over them on the Quad. Fellow students might not get it, but all the old guys will appreciate the effort.
Stolen Heismans- another nod to Syracuse and TNIAAM lore. Get a few friends and you can recreate Paul Hornung and Tim Brown stealing the Heisman Trophies that should have gone to Jim Brown and Don McPherson
Multiple Melos- it is basketball season after all, so this would be a great costume for your student organization. You can have Oak Hill Melo, Cuse Melo, Olympics Melo, Nuggets Melo, Knicks Melo, Hoodie Melo, and several varieties of retired Melo (Hall of Fame Melo, broadcaster Melo, courtside Melo, sommelier Melo to name a few). Got some friends who aren’t really part of the group- OKC Melo, Blazers Melo, Rockets Melo, Lakers Melo and that guy who just showed up for the weekend can be Hawks Melo.
The last suggestion might be a bit niche, but some people like that. Just skip the game and hit the Orange Crate and tell people that you’re a fair-weather Syracuse fan and you’ll be back when the Orange win 10 games again.

What ideas do you have? Good luck and remember your friends at TNIAAM if one of our ideas wins.
