“I think we got a lot better,’’ Harbaugh said after a final two-hour session at the Sports Performance Center. “That’s probably what we got out of it. We improved tremendously. We’re much further along than we were when we started. I think we can look back and say that we’ve come a long way.
“The
competition is really tough in this league, and every team is doing the same thing. So you’re in a race every single day to be at least the best you can be. And everybody’s trying to do the same thing in the NFL, so that’s why it’s so tough, but I thought our guys did a good job. I’m happy with where we’re at. It’s just a matter of keeping your head down and staying after it every day. Never taking a breath in terms of your mindset and determination to get better.’’

“Anybody could tell you the Giants were the No. 1 team on my list because I saw the swagger, the composure, that thing you really can’t teach and that mentality Jaxson Dart had,” Austin said. “Coach Harbaugh was the icing on the cake. Being under his program is something I was eager to [do] because we competed against each other. Talking to those guys before coming here was like, ‘We can build something special and take this league by surprise.’ One thing we’re all about is work, and we’re laying the foundation.”

QB – Jaxson Dart, Giants
Dart is my favorite breakout quarterback for this season. He finished 13th in points as a rookie, but he averaged more than 17 fantasy points in his 14 games (12 starts). A dual-threat quarterback, he rushed for 487 yards and nine touchdowns. Dart also found success as a passer, and he did it without his top option, Malik Nabers. With Nabers and Cam Skattebo back in action, Dart will have plenty of weapons and a terrific shot at being this year’s Drake Maye.

Yesterday’s loss of left tackle Laremy Tunsil to a torn triceps is DEVASTATING for this football team!
There is no other way to put this. Losing Laremy Tunsil for ANY amount of time SUCKS! Tunsil is the best player on the team, a top three left tackle in the league and a veteran presence that was desperately needed along this offensive line. Although this team now has some really deep REDS (far more than we’ve had in the past decade), Laremy was the Commanders only BLUE.
