The NFL will release its regular-season schedule Thursday at 5 p.m. PT.
We are looking at five primetime games we’d like to see the Las Vegas Raiders play in this season. For the point of this exercise, we are excluding their divisional opponents.
To recap, here are the Raiders’ 2026 opponents.
Home
Denver Broncos
Kansas City Chiefs
Los Angeles Chargers
Buffalo Bills
Miami Dolphins

Seattle Seahawks
Tennessee Titans
Away

Kansas City Chiefs
Los Angeles Chargers
Arizona Cardinals
New
England Patriots
New York Jets
San Francisco 49ers
Cleveland Browns
New Orleans Saints
Here are the five games we’d like to see in primetime:
Buffalo Bills:
This will be the Bills’ first game in Las Vegas since 2020 and thus, it will be their first game at Allegiant Stadium with fans in the building. We all know opposing fans flock to Las Vegas. Expect a heavy Bills Mafia presence. It would make a compelling Sunday or Monday night game in Vegas.
Los Angeles Rams:
The Raiders and Rams have had some recent primetime games and this could be a fun night-game matchup. There’s the angle of Rams wide receiver Davante Adams playing against the Raiders for the first time since they traded him two years ago and plenty of aspects that give this game national appeal
Seattle Seahawks:
We really want this game in primetime and believe there is a good chance of it happening. The defending Super Bowl champion Seahawks will be playing plenty of night games and the matchup against their former offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak will be a fun angle for the networks to play up. It would be a great Monday night tilt.
Tennessee Titans:
Let’s see the past two No. 1 overall picks, quarterbacks Cam Ward and Fernando Mendoza, face off in primetime. This game screams an October Thursday night matchup.
New England Patriots:
This is the only matchup on our list that is a Raiders’ road game. The AFC champion Patriots will get a lot of primetime love and this seems like it would be a fun Monday night matchup. It would give Raiders’ part owner Tom Brady to attend if it’s a Monday game. How fun would it be to see Brady enter Foxborough as an opponent?
