You know the olden days of MMA are well and truly behind us when you start seeing the sons of yesterday’s stars fighting each other.
That’s exactly what’s happening at Adin Ross’ next Brand Risk Promotions event on August 22nd in Miami, Florida, where Anderson Silva’s son Gabriel will face Kimbo Slice’s son Kevin in a boxing match.
Kevin Ferguson aka Kimbo Slice Jr. aka “Baby Slice” has been fighting on and off since 2016 and had a 3-3-1 run in Bellator that ended in 2020. Since then, he suffered a single
defeat to Okemka Jibunor at a Misfits Boxing event, and has seen one follow-up Misfits bout and two bare knuckle bouts fall apart — the latest because Slice Jr. didn’t show up to the weigh-ins.
Gabriel Silva holds a 4-0-1 record as a pro boxer but is also 3-1 in exhibition boxing matches. He’s become a staple on Brandrisk Promotions events, having fought for them six times in the past two years. This fight against Slice Jr. will be his fourth fight of 2026.
Brand Risk 15 is headlined by Influencers Austin McBroom vs. Thomas “FaZe Temperrr” Oliveira with streamer Vitaly Zdorovetskiy vs. bodybuilder Larry Wheels serving as co-main. Also on the card: the return of Bob Menery, “Supa Hot Fire” DeWayne Stevenson (fresh off fight fixing allegations with Ray J), and No Neck Jay, who is famous for having no neck.
The event is free to watch and will air on YouTube.
