Indiana women’s basketball added onto their incoming high school recruiting class of 2027 with a commitment from guard Brookeslee Colvin on Tuesday morning, she announced via social media.
Colvin, a point guard, is a consensus 4-star prospect who attends Coeur d’Alene High School in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. She’s the 4th highest-rated point guard and 29th highest-rated prospect overall in the class of 2027, per 247Sports and the 6th highest-rated point guard and 37th highest-rated prospect overall, per Rivals.
She chose the Hoosiers over offers from North Carolina, Michigan and Cal, per On3/Rivals national women’s college basketball and recruiting reporter Talia Goodman.
She’s the second player from the class of 2027 to commit to Indiana, joining Finley Parker, a 4-star forward. The two are set to join another impressive high school recruiting class, that of 2026, in Bloomington next season.
Indiana has been in on Colvin for nearly a year, extending her an offer in December 2025.
