“Lil Nog” is punishing influencers nowadays.
Mixed martial arts (MMA) legend Antonio Rogerio Nogueira proved he’s still got plenty of fight left in him after scoring his second exhibition boxing win this
past weekend (Sat., Nov. 1, 2025) at Fight Music Show 7 in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
The former PRIDE and UFC veteran knocked out fitness influencer Rey Physique in the sixth round after dropping him four times throughout the fight. It was mostly one-way traffic for the Brazilian icon, who picked apart his overmatched opponent before sealing the deal with a sharp left hook. To Physique’s credit, he did manage to land a few clean shots before the inevitable finish.

This marks Nogueira’s second exhibition win of 2025, following his knockout victory over Fabio Marques back in May (watch highlights). While these are technically exhibitions, “Lil Nog” also competed professionally in the boxing ring in 2022, when he defeated Leonardo Augusto Guimaraes by decision.
Now 49 years old, Nogueira officially retired from mixed martial arts in 2020 after a narrow split-decision loss to longtime rival Shogun Rua, closing out their storied trilogy. Even in retirement, the Brazilian legend continues to remind fans that class — and power — never fade.
