Red Bull Salzburg head coach Thomas Letsch wants to see an improvement from his team against Bayern Munich during the friendly between the two clubs.
Specifically, Letsch does not want to see his squad
get crushed 6-0 in front of its home fans.
“I do believe we’re in a different situation than last year [0-6 defeat against Bayern]. I also believe we’re on a different level than we were then. Nevertheless, we’re playing against one of the best teams in Europe. I’m delighted that the stadium is almost sold out. We’re really looking forward to the game. Hopefully, we can do better this year,” Letsch told Der Standard (as captured by @iMiaSanMia).
Bayern Munich should be well-equipped for another strong performance, but Red Bull Salzburg has had a strong season so far in the Austrian Bundesliga. Can the home team pull off the massive upset?
