Colby Covington sits on top in the first RAF crossover rankings, but he has a lot of competition behind him.
The promotion revealed it’s inaugural rankings on Monday. In the crossover rankings, Covington, the current RAF cruiserweight crossover champion, sits in the No. 1 position. “Chaos” is 5-0 in the promotion, including wins over former Arman Tsarukyan, Dillon Danis, and former UFC champs Belal Muhammad, Chris Weidman and Luke Rockhold.
For the most part, RAF crossover rankings include athletes
more known outside of the wrestling world, but have backgrounds in the sport while competing for the promotion.
Former two-division UFC champ and current RAF lightweight crossover titleholder Henry Cejudo comes in at No. 2 on the list with a 2-1 record, including a 36-second pinfall win over Merab Dvalishvili at August’s RAF 12 event to win the belt.
Tsarukyan, at 7-1 in the promotion, enters the rankings at No. 3, with past UFC champs Khamzat Chimaev and Dvalishvili rounding out the top-five.
RAF returns this Friday with a massive RAF 14 event in Las Vegas headlined by Tsarukyan vs. Danis for the inaugural middleweight crossover title, while Chimaev faces former UFC welterweight champ Robbie Lawler in the co-main event.
