Yes, Ronald Acuña Jr. will return tonight after about a six-week layoff due to a hamstring injury. He recovers his leadoff spot, sliding Drake Baldwin down to second, and shunting Ozzie Albies into the cleanup spot. Seems like Albies maybe would’ve made more sense between Baldwin and Matt Olson, but oh well. Joey Bart gets the start at catcher given that Zac Thornton, the Mets’ scheduled starter, throws with his left hand.
There is still no
Mets lineup but let’s at least be excited about Acuña’s return for now. Yay.
