The Arizona Cardinals kicked things off for the NFL season with a close loss to the Carolina Panthers in the NFL Hall of Fame Game.
So, the question becomes: did it matter?
Of course it did not matter in terms of overall win/loss records, but it begs a couple of questions.
Is Carson Beck the real deal?
Does it mean that Mike LaFleur’s offense
is going to be a lot of fun?
Are we worried about Nick Rallis’ defense still struggling? Especially late in games?
Or, do we just enjoy that it was football, but understand that none of it matters in the end because it’s a preseason game and especially an extra preseason game?
